Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

• All original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.

• Personal care items, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.

Return Period

• You have 14 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customer service info@zaygora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs if the product is correct and undamaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.                                                         
  However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

• Exchange is only applicable if the product is defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• This applies to electronics, toys, cosmetics, mobile accessories, and other general items at ZAYGORA.

• To request an exchange, email info@fitandfashions.com with your order number and reason. Instructions will be shared upon approval.

Exchange Shipping

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs if the product is correct and undamaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.                                                         
  However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
