All original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.

Personal care items, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.
Return Period
- You have 14 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customer service info@zaygora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs if the product is correct and undamaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.                            Â
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
